Successful New Year's Resolutions for 2005!
Congratulations, you've survived the holidays! Now that we've made it,
and aren't completely stressed or exhausted, it's time for a little
beginning-of-the-year introspection. And what better time to take a good
look at what's happened in our lives over the past year than now. Isn't
this why we have New Year's resolutions?
Some of the most common New Year's resolutions include
weight loss, getting fit,
quitting smoking, cutting out caffeine
and getting in control of financial situations. To ensure your resolutions are
successful this year, it's important to set goals that are realistic.
All too often we set goals that we can't reach, and for this we get
discouraged and upset for not succeeding.
Instead of "kicking" yourself throughout the new year, why not sit down
and take a look at why you didn't succeed with last year's resolutions.
Then for this year's resolutions, make the necessary adjustments for
setting realistic and attainable goals for 2005 success!
