The Latest Fitness Craze

You've probably seen the commercials on TV for the latest craze in fitness, Tae-Bo. Tae-Bo is a mix of tae kwon do, boxing, dance and aerobics. Most people think Tae-Bo is only six months old because of recent publicity, however it was developed 15 years ago by Californian, Billy Blanks.

Tae-Bo works every muscle and then some you aren't aware. The workout lasts for a duration of 30 to 90 minute per session, depending upon the instructor. Blanks has only certified 16 Tae-Bo instructors in the US so far. So, if you can't find a certified instructor in your area you might want to try the Tae-Bo video. As of the time of this writing, the video is ranked #9 on Billboards top 10 list and third on Amazon.com's list.

Many celebrities are also endorsing this amazing total body work out. If you are having trouble loosing those last few inches, Tae-Bo may be the solution. You can work those problem areas and see a real difference in just a few classes. You will learn great breathing techniques, relieve tension and acquire a few self-defense moves in the process. Tae-Bo is really something, and if you are not afraid to try new things this may be just the fitness regimen you've been searching for.
